Therefore, it's important for us to know if your plans change.Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the activity. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued, and changes to the reservation date will only be permitted with timely presentation of a medical certificate or similar document.If an activity is booked on the same day or with less than 48 hours' notice, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled.It is the passenger's sole responsibility to respect the reserved times and dates, so we recommend allowing extra time to arrive at our facilities.
