SECCIÓN DE PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES
Once you make a reservation with us, we begin preparing everything to welcome you and your group in the best possible way on the scheduled day. Therefore, it's important for us to know if your plans change.Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the activity. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued, and changes to the reservation date will only be permitted with timely presentation of a medical certificate or similar document. If an activity is booked on the same day or with less than 48 hours' notice, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled. It is the passenger's sole responsibility to respect the reserved times and dates, so we recommend allowing extra time to arrive at our facilities.
We provide all the necessary equipment, including shoes.YOU ONLY NEED TO BRING:- Swimsuit, shorts or spare underwear to wear under the wetsuit.- Towel. On cold days, we also recommend using base layers of fleece, wool, or synthetic materials. Do not use cotton garments as a base layer! Wet cotton causes heat loss.- Any necessary medication (asthma inhaler, etc.)
The meeting point for the activity is our agency located at Camino al Volcán 19635, San José de Maipo. If you have any questions about how to get here, you can visit the following link: www.rutavertical.cl/como-llegarPlease arrive at our agency 20 minutes before your reserved time to complete a short registration form and avoid delays. For example: If you booked for 2:00 PM, please arrive at our agency at 1:40 PM.
As a standard, we require a minimum age of 10 years to participate in rafting. This can vary depending on river conditions, sometimes being 8 years but sometimes also 12 or 14 years. If you plan to attend with children under 14 years old, please write to us and we can confirm the minimum age required at the time of your booking.
We don't like to exclude anyone, but for your safety and that of your baby, we cannot allow pregnant women on rafting trips.
